URE Scottsdale is now offering a dedicated system to send all emails from your Peak Performance Account. This SMTP server is of a large commercial grade and we believe this will increase the reliability of your CRM system in sending all emails from Property Tracker and Client Marketing Plans all while reducing the strain on your personal email. What we have began to notice is that as your system grows, as well as email providers crack down on security settings it’s becoming harder and harder to do business from a personal email. This is not a hosted mailbox, rather all emails will be sent from “yourname@ures-portals”. When a client responds this email will then be forwarded along to your native email box where you can continue the conversation.

This added cost is not in the foreseeable future, but this would be the one case where costs may rise. In such a case that costs do rise you will be notified of the changes which will be made and have the option to continue with the system or to go back to your own sending methods.
