SPB Design is at your service!
If you are on the 100% Plan, you get one hour of SPB Design work per month at no charge (a $50 value). If you are on the No Monthly Fee Plan, you get half a hour of SPB Design work per month. This time can be used to design a custom logo and branding, build a flyer for a listing, design a new Facebook banner–pretty much any artwork needs you can dream up, we can do!
Remember, we give you the design services; printing, if needed, is still up to you. This is an SPB benefit, so Design services must be for your real estate services. Unused time does not accumulate. Any extra time can be purchased at $50/hour and will be billed with your monthly bill.
